Pasture Reclamation

Turn overgrown Florida scrub back into productive pasture. We mulch, till, and prepare your land for seeding so your cattle can graze again.

From Scrub to Pasture

The Problem:

Florida pasture land gets overtaken fast. Palmetto, Brazilian Pepper, wax myrtle, and other brush can turn a productive pasture into unusable scrub in just a few years of neglect.

Traditional methods — bulldozing and burning — strip your topsoil and leave a mess. You end up with a barren field that takes years to recover.

Our Solution:

  • Step 1 — Mulch: Grind all brush and scrub into fine mulch at ground level. This leaves your topsoil intact.
  • Step 2 — Till: Our high-flow tiller works the mulch into the soil, creating a nutrient-rich seedbed.
  • Step 3 — Seed Prep: We leave your land ready for seeding with Bahia, Bermuda, or your grass of choice.
  • Step 4 — Maintain: Recurring maintenance at $850/acre prevents the brush from coming back.
