The “Finish Package”

Mulching is the first step. If you want a pasture, a lawn, or a building pad, we offer the Finish Package. We till and grade the land after clearing so you aren't left with a rough surface.

Tilling

Using a high-flow tiller to incorporate mulch back into the soil, creating a nutrient-rich seedbed.

Grading/Leveling

A dozer-blade finish for proper drainage and a flat, usable surface.

This is an add-on service. Quotes are provided per-project after the initial clearing is complete.
