We started TreeShop in 2019 after years of watching contractors—including ourselves—guess at pricing and hope it worked out.
It usually didn't. You'd bid a job, win it, work your ass off, and wonder why the bank account looked the same. The problem wasn't the work. It was the pricing.
So we built a scoring system. We tracked every job, measured the work volume, and figured out exactly how long different types of clearing actually take. Then we built pricing around the numbers—not guesses.
Now every quote we send has a score. Customers know exactly what they're paying for. No surprises. No change orders. Just fair pricing based on real work.
