When you call Tree Shop, I'm the one you talk to. I don't just answer the phone, I listen.
I listen to the story behind your land. Why you bought it, why you're building, what you're hoping to create. I hear about new chapters in life, family plans, dreams of space, fresh starts, or peace and privacy.
And I genuinely want to help. My goal is to make sure you feel confident and taken care of from the moment we talk.
Because we're not just a company that "comes out and clears land." We treat your project like it matters—because it does.
What Makes Our Process Different?
When you describe your property to me, I don't guess. I don't throw out a number to see what sticks. I don't try to "feel out your budget."
I pull up your parcel. I check for wetlands and classified protected areas. I look at the Google view. I look over existing surveys, site plans, and drawings clients make by hand. Whether you already purchased or are in the process of buying—I look out for you.
I draw a detailed site plan that shows:
- •The acreage
- •The layout
- •The proposed clearing area
- •Access points
- •Any features that matter to your goals
Then I will send it to you. We review together. We make sure we are clear and aligned.
Once we confirm the plan, I provide real pricing based on real project history and production data. Not a guess. Not a "round number." Not a gamble.
It's structured, data-backed, and clear.
I can usually send your proposal within minutes of confirming the site plan.
"But I Found a Cheaper Company…"
Yes. There will always be cheaper companies.
And there will always be more expensive companies. Just like with trucks, tools, and boots—the price reflects the quality, durability, and outcome.
But here's the difference:
We are not selling a product.
We are creating a result that you will live with long after we leave.
Clearing is not just knocking down brush. Mulching is not just "running a machine."
The right work affects:
- •Regrowth rate
- •Soil health
- •Erosion
- •Future grading
- •Site prep for your home or barn
- •Long-term property value
If a price sounds too good to be true… It usually is.
There are many clients who understand our process and who value professionalism, transparency, documentation, and communication. Those projects go beautifully.
But the clients who shop only on number are the ones who often get hurt in the end.
Not because they made a bad decision, but because they were handed no plan. No written scope. No documentation. No accountability.
Just a number.
And a number alone does not protect your investment.
Communication Matters. On Both Sides
If you get a proposal from us and the number feels high, talk to me.
We can:
- •Adjust the acreage
- •Change the clearing shape
- •Prioritize the home site first
- •Break the project into phases
- •Select a different DBH mulching package
- •Plan now and execute later to save money long-term
There are always options.
But I can't help, if I don't know you need a change.
So please, always communicate with me the way I communicate with you.
Real Example: Why Documentation Matters
A client we mulched for in April 2023 (2.94 acres) reached out for a remulch. We quoted the work clearly:
- •The acreage
- •The DBH package needed based on regrowth
- •The expected hours
- •The plan and cost
Two other companies gave verbal quotes:
- •$400
- •$650 (if done twice a year)
No site plan. No documented scope. No protection if the work is done incorrectly.
If you own or understand equipment, you know those numbers do not sustain a business—which means corners will be cut or there will be miscommunication somewhere along the way.
And that affects your land, not theirs.
See Who We Are Before You Hire Us
We share everything openly on our YouTube channel:
- •Full project walk-throughs
- •Equipment we use
- •How we evaluate DBH and vegetation density
- •Start-to-finish clearing processes
- •Real results on real properties
We are not hiding anything. You can watch us work before you ever meet us.
You will know exactly who is showing up to your land. No surprises. No guesswork. No strangers.
This is why we created Tree Shop. To be different. To do this the right way. To build trust before we even arrive.
We Are On Your Team
We don't want to just be the company that "did your land." We want to be part of the story you're creating.
If you're considering land clearing or forestry mulching, talk to me. Tell me your goals. Tell me what matters to you.
I promise:
- •I will listen.
- •I will be transparent.
- •I will respect your budget.
- •And I will give you real options.
We are here to help. And we mean that.
With respect, care, and commitment,
Lacey Anderson General Manager, Tree Shop
