Most projects combine methods — grinding smaller material on-site and hauling larger logs and stumps. We handle the full cleanup so you're left with a finished property, not a debris field.

Jeremiah manages every project from estimate to final cleanup. Owner-operated means the person who scopes the disposal plan is the person who makes sure the property is finished right.

Disposal Methods

Grinding / Chipping

Material processed on-site into mulch. Most cost-effective. No hauling needed. Mulch can stay as ground cover or be removed.

Where permitted by county regulations. Economical for large volumes. We handle Florida Forest Service burn permits and safety requirements.

Hauling

Transport to approved disposal facilities. Required in burn-restricted areas. We handle logistics and can remove any volume.

Burn regulations vary by county and municipality in Florida. Some areas require burn permits from the Florida Forest Service, while others prohibit open burning entirely. We'll advise on what's allowed for your specific location.

What's the most cost-effective disposal method?

Grinding or chipping on-site is usually the most affordable since there's no hauling cost. Burning is economical where permitted. Hauling is the most expensive but sometimes the only option in restricted areas or for large volumes.

Can you handle debris from another contractor's clearing job?

Yes. If someone else did the clearing and left the mess, we'll come in and handle the disposal. We see this more often than you'd think.

Do you recycle or repurpose the debris?

When possible, yes. Clean wood chips from grinding make excellent mulch and ground cover. Larger logs can sometimes be repurposed. We minimize waste going to landfills whenever the material and situation allow it.
